Art Cotton was the director, then later co-director, of Inter-Church Ministries. The master of visitation, he was always at home around the dinner table as he sought to know people and help them to know the Savior, Jesus Christ. Approachable yet above reproach, Art was a consummate pastor, minister, friend and mentor. A wonderful husband, father, friend and supporter, he will be missed by all who knew him. He gives us another reason to look forward to all that awaits us in Glory as we each continue on our own journey home.
Art was part of making Inter-Church the ministry it is today. Art is also known for the many churches he pastored or interim pastored at in the state of Maine. There are several churches that might have closed their doors had it not been for the ministry of our brother and friend and we will certainly miss him - for now.
